^^^that was my next thought if the case cant be moved, and it wont hurt to check the internals on the tcase.one other question do you have a shifter set up on the case? is there a front driveshaft in it yet I didnt notice one in the pictures.if its not in 2wd that may cause a vibration with no driveshaft to the front, all things to think about.

No front driveline
pulled the cover today looks good inside fresh oil

Crossmember is tight to the floor yes I will hammer the floor up a bit tomorrow

How would I drop tranny mount I assume bell housing would help keep her level no?

I'll shim down the rear bolts on the t case AND drop the back of the tranny
Would I look for a lower spaced bushing?
Or slice the one on there
I haven't looked at it before

Ok so
I got the tranny angled
The drive line is down to 9 degree angle
Vibrations during normal driving are gone

But when letting go of the accelerator at 35-40 MPH are still present

When I let go it rattle /grinds for about 20 seconds then stops

This happens with no drivelines on also but the one from tranny to input

I checked yokes not much wobble
There are no shifters on right now?
Could that allow some gears to rub? While coasting?

Shifters are STILL in the mail

Any chance you could put together a thread on the process of going from 2WD to SAS? I've always thought it would be a fun project, but there's not much info out there.

With all your mounts and such are all your metal to metal mounts have rubber bushings between them ? Is everything centered ?
