So my dash was cracked when I got my tahoe and it's slowly been getting worse. My buddy totaled his sas 97 and his dash was in a lot better shape than mine. It took 4 hours but finally got it out but it was blue and I've always wanted a black interior so I'm painting all interior plastics black and getting black carpet and recovering the seats in black leather. Here's some pics of his truck with my tahoe. IMG_7230.JPG

Here's another picture of his truck. I've got all the dash pieces painted already. I'll try and put up some pictures of them tonight when I get home. IMG_7232.JPG

I haven't got to the doors yet but I've been researching some ways to go about doing it. I was kinda thinking about using vinyl paint. For the fabric inserts around the door handle I'm going to recover them with some other fabric. Maybe something with a design. And for the carpet on the bottom imma just recover it with black carpet.

I used krylon satin black plastic paint and so far it dries pretty quick and sticks really good

A little update. I still haven't found any time to put the new dash in yet but changed some lights in the meantime. Still need a bundle of 3mm leds so I can change the color of my mirror switch and rear wiper switch. IMG_7307.JPG IMG_7308.JPG IMG_7310.JPG IMG_7311.JPG
