Cruise control and electric mirror wiring

I have a Cheyenne Diesel with no cruise control or electric mirrors.

Is the wiring in place for either of these?

If so how can I add electric mirrors and cruise control?

At least for the mirrors-no. However, I build reproduction GM style power mirror harnesses. I’d need to know what style ends the mirror section has as well as your switch. Nearly every GM power mirror harness I’ve dealt with for these years are 8-wire harnesses regardless of the switch.
