Man decisions decisions lol. All I know is I want something focused on low to mid range. Both the 224 and 228 seem to accomplish that. I think I'll just look into both cams and do a comparison. I definitely need to do some more research in the science of cams as well. After reading your reviews and many others, TSP seems like a good route to go though.

You've got a heavy 4wd, I would go small. Shifting the powerband too high will make the truck feel like a pig. This is what I purchased:
