I wish you still had them, I would just buy them. This prying is going to take some time and luck.
I still have those Denali rear door inserts laying around somewhere...
If you find them I'll gladly pay to not have to mess with the ones I have.
I love the build, I'm do something similar with my 99 Chevy burb k1500, would like to see pics of this, for some reason I'm unable to see the pics you have posted, I have 2 burbs my 99 gas which I'm either doing a LS swap or 383 stroker crate engine from GM, and a 96 k2500 diesel burb, and a 00 GMC denali which may end up being a donor but for now is still intact.
