Broken Cruise Control

My cruise stopped working in my 96 4.3L ECSB. The button on the end of the stalk depresses, but doesn't return. Wondering if yours is similar.

Rob eBay has what you need for a good price I need to replace mine but I’m lazy mine worked at times when I moved the wires that on the cruise switch so I just ordered another I need to replace it.

i pushed the break petal then while holding the petal with 1 hand i reached up and pulled the adjustment thing back let the petal go and my cruse started working,my break light in the dash went out,the rear anti lock started working,and my torque converter locks up now like it is suppose to do.
