I'm Awesome
I joined back in November and haven’t gotten around to posting a proper introduction. I bought my 95 dually in October and when searching for information online kept coming across great posts on this board so joining was a no-brainer.
This is my second GMT400, having owned a 99 K2500 Suburban for a couple years and sold in 2008. I’ve always had an appreciation for the body styling and especially a lowered dually.
I appreciate the help I’ve been able to get so far and hope I can contribute some in return. I’m just a hobbyist, but have been working on cars since I started on a 68 Camaro with my dad 35 years ago and it continues today with several other off topic vehicles with our kids.
On to the truck, it’s not much to look at yet when compared to a lot of the rides on the board, but I am working on it. Plans are to freshen up the interior as Winter winds down, then turn to the exterior once it warms up. Currently I’m in the middle of a double DIN install, LED conversion and Escalade cluster swap. I’ve also switched out replacement headlights and built a relay harness to include the 4HI conversion. If you made it this far, thanks for putting up with the rambling.
