that hitch will haul your little trailer fine. Dont get crazy with it, but I dont think you will having a bagged truck , not really a tow rig, but will work great for what your wanting.

I did something similiar ,but much heavier as I plan on hauling a 7x16 enclosed trailer with a WD hitch. Mine is welded and has gussets/ Truck is not bagged.

Anyhow I am glad it worked out. nice to know you MADE something work instead of just installing parts...
