Anybody have DBW in their truck ?

Looking for some pics and ideas of how to modify a DBW pedal to fit in a OBS truck.

Look up 6.5 diesels. They were drive by wire, could possibly modify one of those, no pics though, I actually went the other direction, pulled the dbw 6.5 pedal out for a 6.2 mechanical setup

...well I'm clearly no help. Sorry

already have the pedal and module that came with my engine, dont want to buy another unless its absolutely necessary.

Start by posting a pic of what you have (the dbw pedal) and where it's going (floor board or existing pedal location), it could help others to compare what they got and post what they have done

I have a dbw in my 92. My 98 will have it soon to. In the middle of doing everything else to my 98

What did you have to do to the DBW pedal to make it fit, could you post some pics ? Thanks

Just finished modding mine for my 5.3 swap. I have an 03 pedal and just took 2" or so out of the middle.

Mines an 05. I made a bracket from a 1/4 steel plate. And bolted it in.
