I found a complete LM7 (5.3l) out of a 2005 gm truck. Seller has it pulled already and has the wiring harness + pcm. It has roughly 160,000 miles on the engine. He is asking $900 for the setup.
Told me it ran and sounded fine when he drove the truck into his shop. He wants to sell as he doesn't have the cash to finish his project he wanted to drop the engine into. Said it's been sitting in his shop for a year now, so I am fairly certain he would move on price maybe a couple hundred bucks.
Would you guys pay this price, or it is too much to start off for on a budget build? (I am looking to get 400-500 HP, this would be my first LS engine ever and I would like to keep it as low as possible! A lot of U-Picks around me that have many ls engines in them)
