Another tire size question- z71

I'm about to buy whrels/tires and was wondering what wheel and back space?It has the factory steel wheels which I believe are 6in wide?I' have about decided on 265's .Im also thinking a 8 in wide wheel is what I need?I don't wanna go to buy or wide..I was told this is a heavy half but it only has a 10 bolt rear,truck does set higher than other z71's though..Heres a pic..Also,what about running 15's,just curious.

I guess I could do that ,I just figured this sight would have plenty of people with the same truck and could tell me..

Some 16" x 8or9" wide wheels with 4.5" backspace will work well

265s will fit fine. Could fit 285s if you want

I would leave your factory tire height, which is most likely 265 75 r16. If you change it, your speedo will be off. I don't know if the speedo being off will bother you, but it bothers the crap out of me. I have the 265 70 r16 tires and my speedo is off by 5 mph, but it bothers me so bad, the guy that I bought my truck from got the wrong size tires instead of the right tires.
