twenty dollars for the LMC one sounds suspiciously cheap after reading the above linked thread seeing how the parts listed would cost close to if not over twenty. How much is Mean Greens?

Wow.Thanks for showing this. I havn't seen it but it does sound easier than ordering the HD Harness and the Relay seperatley.
What do I need in order to complete the harness with HID's? Do I need the whole kit or just the bulbs?

I can't get that link to work, but you just need the hid bulbs an ballast. I would suggest ddm tuning for the hids/ballasts...
