The first is passenger and second is driver. The wheel is turned slightly driver.

Looks like your in need of
An alignment. By the looks of it your tie rod is improperly adjusted

So the passengers tire is straight, and the drivers is not. Ok the toe is out. Yes you need an alignment. The toe needs to come in. Did you change a tie rid end ?

That's what I was thinking. The place I took it to origionaly said that they "aligned it" but i call bs

Nope it goes straight as far as I can tell. Those pics are with the wheel turned toward driver side. I will get some of the wheels straight. With the wheels straight it looks like they both have toe out

Another thing to consider, you may have some front end parts in need of replacement. If the shop you took it to for an alignment is a good one I'd assume they would have told you about that, but even good mechanics miss things sometimes. Might be why you're seeing what you're seeing but it looked good on the alignment rack.
