Air Blowing Out of Vents - Switch Off or On-Floor

Hey guys,

Is it normal for a little bit of air to be coming out of the front vents with the switch off or switched to the floor on a 95-98? When I have the heat going to the floor only, and a little bit of heat is coming from the front vents when I don't want them to. Even when I have the switch off, I can feel air coming through the front vents, like the air-door is not shutting properly.

Just didn't know if this was normal or not.

Ok, that's what I thought. I thought something was wrong, so I guess it is normal then.
