Has anyone installed either of these on their TBI 350 4wd?

I'm currently running straight pipes with the stock y-pipe, but would like to add back a cat with an improved y-pipe design. I've read the reviews on both, and it seems like it's 50/50 on fitment. I have the stock manifolds.

I'm using a very similar Magnaflow on my red truck, part number 23457. The red truck is a 2WD Vortec 4.3L, so I'm sure it's quite different from your setup. I like it a lot, though. Much better bends than the factory piece. Can't tell you much about fitment as I had my mechanic install mine, but he usually tells me if there's any difficulties and he never said a word. I'd recommend the Magnaflow without hesitation.
