'99 4l60e Rebuild and Upgrade

I believe I resolved my issue. Drove to my grandparents for lunch the past Sunday and when I was leaving it wouldn't start. Turns out the positive battery terminal had a lot of corrosion on it. Ever since I cleaned it and used electrical grease on it the trans hasn't slipped.

Bringing life back to this thread. My 99 burb is feeling sluggish, very slow and then when it shifts it's hard. Tranny only has 20k miles since last rebuild but i didn't use my usual tranny shop. Looking to have it rebuilt and got quote of 1850 for rebuild with shift kit, valve body, torque converter using transtar parts. 500k mile warranty on parts an year on labor. Sound like good price? Very good shop and well known
