98 z71 on 315s

so, I've been debating a 3 inch body for a while now. what do you guys think? leave it alone, or go a little higher?

do they rub any or ever? i want 315's on mine and was gonna body lift and crank and block, looks like I can clear with just crank and block after seeing yours.

rubs very slightly at FULL lock, it's completely avoidable as long as you don't crank the wheel the whole way. I still get into ridiculous parking spaces too hahah.

Nice looking truck. So what all did you have to do to get a 3.8 into the 12s thats awesome.I ask cus i just picked up a spare engine for my girlfriends firebird.Couldn't pass it up a running engine with less than 90,000 for $100.
I got some punkasses in rustangs always smoking tires in front of the house trying to get me to run the cuda.I am at the point where I feel like taking out the AR and doing some body work on their cars,but if I had her car running that good I'd let her run their little *****.Watching her smoke some mustangs in a 3.8 firebird would be priceless.

I put a cam and a torque converter in and a 100 shot of nitrous. runs 13s off the bottle, still not bad for a six cylinder.

I was looking at cams the only one I could find was a Comp extreme energy with 255/262 duration & 517/498 lift.Duration @ 050 201/205 , RPM range is 1000- 5500. This seems to be a stout little cam . Is this about the cam your running?
Did you have to reprogram the computer?

@50 mines 210/220 lift is .512/.512 and lobe separation is 112

it's a very nice n/a or nitrous cam.

but if i keep this baby motor, i'm going to need a bigger cam and some heads to match.
