98 gmc yukon brakes help! I've done everything

Hey I'm kinda new to this forum. I'm having trouble with my brakes. I had to replace my booster which required to remove the MC. Now having the issue with the brake light coming on and pedal to the floor until you pump the brakes to get firm. After reading what you guys are saying about the combination valve could be my issue with the bleeding procedure. I had brakes before,, which wasn't the best, and they was soft but the light never came on, I know everyone is upgrading their systems but i just want it back the way it was until I can upgrade, thanks for any info
