I tried contacting black bear performance to try to get a little bit more information as well as pricing but haven't received an email it's been a few days.

Yeah, they're not always the quickest with communication from what I've heard. Great tuning, though. They've always gotten back to me in 3-4 days. You could also try Nelson Performance in Texas if you're tired of waiting. Heard great things about them.

I found a 98 ecm guy local is selling it for $60 bucks just have to get reprogrammed. Wish me luck lol

I think getting responses from Black Bear has a lot to do with whether they are out doing live events. I have emailed and it has taken a couple of days to get a response, and I have had an entire conversation with several back and forth emails with them via email in a couple of hours.
