This is my 98 Chevy k1500. I don't have big plans for the truck except to try and make it look good and to be a reliable driver till I can afford anything I will break when I go play with it.

Things i've done since I bought it are..
Full tune up
Replaced front brakes and rotors.
New radiator.
Tow mirrors.
Tool box (have to install still)
Step bars (still not installed)
New speakers, headunit, and an amp.
LED interior swap.
Tint all around (5% brow, 20% front windows, 5% on the back windows).

And the things i'd like to do when my financial situation will allow it.

New LED tail lights
New headlight housings
17 or 18" TKO rims on 33" tires.
back rack with a LED bar installed on it.
Cab lights.
And finally hopefully repaint it next summer.

Looks good. Are the mirrors off this generation of truck? They look very factory and good.

Ya I don't have fun toys to tow, so I just have $4 stick on wide angle mirrors on the stock ones. Works fine but not as cool

I understand that, if I was buying the mirrors that's the option I would have choose. I don't have the toys yet but once I pay off my other vehicle then hopefully I can start buying the toys I want.

Then I also made up a couple small boxes for 6.5" speakers to go under the seat since I didn't feel like tearing apart the interior to replace the back ones.

Working beats pretty any day. I'm fine with the stock speakers, but wish I had Bluetooth audio.

That's for sure. Nobody will see it under the seat anyways:anitoof:. But there are cheap headunits out there now that come with Bluetooth; I have a Kenwood in both my vehicles with Bluetooth and it works pretty good for 100$
