97 suburban chatter

Looking at a 97 suburban for 267k on it the guy said it has torque converter chatter at highway speeds at low rpm. Selling for 775 good or bad buy?

If it runs and drives at all I'd say that's a steal! Hard to find anything that runs for under $1K these days.
