I have a 1997 Chevy z71 an was wondering if the lower balls joints an upper ball joints a riveted or pressed, not sure but wanna make sure Before my purchase.

Just take a look at them on your truck you can tell if they are or pressed in but mine are riveted in.

Turn your wheel all the way to one side and poke your head around it and look. Some will be, some won't. Both my uppers and lowers where rivited in, on my 94 z71.. they where a pain in my ass. But all changed out and now they bolt in..

Depends on if they are the factory ball joints. Uppers are usually riveted in and the lowers are pressed.

When you look you will either see bolts or rivets on the uppers if neither on the lower it's pressed in... just post a pic and we'll just tell you.. it's really not that hard to take a look...
