93 TBI engine

Have a 93 stepside. Good body frame put some cash into it rebuilding front end. 350 smokes. Smells like oil... I’d like to get some more life out of it before a crate but is it cost efficient? What heads, manifold ?

Depends where its leaking. From the valves or the rings? A 350 is still pretty cheap to rebuild
