I have a 93 suburban that I got for practically free. I had fun with it last summer and over the winter it developed a hard knock. My wife wants me to get it back on the road by August.
My choices are to rebuild or replace the motor. I need it to be able to tow 8000 - 9000 lbs and live in Utah, think 2000 ft canyons.
I'd like to keep the project under $3500 and have no problem doing the work myself.
So my question is, recommendations?
