So few months back my 5.7 over heated and blew the head gaskets, I recently rebuilt the motor cuz the head gasket blew out. So I decided to rebuild the whole motor... New heads new intake new water pump. new thermostat newer radiator, still overheats. Any help with this?

Could possibly my timing be off causing it to overheat? or could me using a 98 radiator with my 93 be a problem?

Could of warped one/both the heads and that's a possibility.

Does it over heat going down the road at 40 mph or over? If just overheating at slow speeds it could be a fan clutch not working.

Could be a plug in the heater core. Have you tried shooting some compressed air into the heater hoses?
