willwood do a decent one as well.
if you are interested in swapping to a 6 bolt pattern then that opens up many possibilities, especially of you want to lift stuff off the current range of trucks.

16" fronts and 14" rears - willwood do those if you need to retain the parking brake
if not then little shop MFG do a few versions as well

Hmmm. That looks interesting. I'm working a C5 brake conversion on my rears so I can run 20" 5th gen Camaro wheels and haven't quite figured out what to do in front yet. I haven't been able to find the right hub yet. I'll have to check their dimensions against what I've got.

This is exactly what I want to do on my 4x4 1500. I wish there was a bit more info to look into.

Swapping NBS front brakes onto an OBS is easy with a spindle swap if your 4x4, then you can use either OEM 13" or 14" front rotors. Simple as that.
