8 lug to 6 lug adapter

I have a buddy with some 8 lug wheels (20x9 -12) for a 3/4 ton truck sitting in his garage. They have 35x12.50 Mickey Thompson’s and they are a pretty good price.

I’m wondering if anyone has used or knows anyone that uses the adapters to convert a 6 lug truck to a 8 lug wheel?

What adapters are good quality?

There are many suppliers, just make sure made in USA. Look at the 1 piece billet only. I see no problem running 8 lug wheels on the half ton, but if it were a 3/4 ton trying to run 5 or 6 lug wheels thats another story.
