5 speed 411 swap

Hello everyone just switched the pins for the 411 swap
The sheet lextech sent me is only for automatics...i have 1 wire left over that has sheet doesnt say anything about it is C3 15 it is the clutch signal wire anyone done this swap with a 5 speed? At do i do with this wire?
