Todays project
1. remove steering components: steering shaft,gear box, idler arm, pitman and idler arm bracket
2. clean up all the rust from behind those guys and painted them
3. remove the front bumper for more clearance
4. painted the heat shields for the 4l80e
5. loctite the trans to engine bolts
6. placed the 4bt into the engine bay

Nov 10's Project

1. install steering moog equipment and torquing to specs
2. idler arm, idler bracket,gearbox, pitman arm

Nov 11's Project

1. Fixing steering shaft (new) that didnt fit properly
2. started on driver side engine mount

Nov 12's Project

1. installed driveshaft
2. mount transmission into crossmember
3. finished both custom Motor mounts and painted <-- all day with plasma cutter and welder

its done. The most of the video logs has been posted on the youtube link in the first post. I'm still uploading videos. I drove it on a long road trip and it ran great.


it will never be "done.", but its on the road and drives good. I love it.

Its been running for years. I installing a water intercooler on it right now. Why? because I have the parts and I like building stuff. I'm going to split a civic radiator in half and use it for the heat exchange.
