I've replaced all the fuel system and I've cleaned the TBI but I still am bucking at any constant speed after going for like 5 min. Does anyone know what is going on? Any help would be appreciated.

Could be fuel system. Could be ignition. Both are controlled by the computer based on sensor data, and actuator operation.

Verify fuel pressure.

Assure all the "tune-up" parts and procedures/adjustments are serviceable and right--cap, rotor, plug wires, spark plugs, PCV system, initial spark timing and electronic spark advance, charcoal canister/vent system, EGR system, heated air intake system, etc.

Connect a scan tool, verify EVERY sensor and computer output, plus fuel trims.
