I currently have 15x8 Ion Alloy rims. Lifting the truck and need to know if I can upgrade to a 33x12.50x15 or 35x12.50x15 on an 8" wide rim, or will I need new rims (10" wide?). Thanks.

Nope you be fine x8 especially over a x10...It's really about the offset and all that. Also, what lift? Chances are very good that your wheels are fine though.

guys run 35's on the stockers and they are only like 7 or less. We ran 33 12.50's on 8 inch factory rallys for the 73-87 trucks for a long time no problems.

im running 33x12.5x15 on a 10 inch rim and mine only rubs because the truck is somehow cockeyed from worn bushings on the fenders, so youll be fine, they just stick out alot

I'm ran 33x12 and now run 35x12.5 on my 15x8 wheels. Mine also have the same 3.75" backspacing. With just 33's I would leave out the block and crank and save your front end the body lift will clear them.
