2006 brakes on 97 K2500

I found some information online about somw swaps people did and I have a parts van at my house. 2006 3500 Express van. Is there a kit that I can swap the disc brake set up over to my 1997 k3500 rear? Nothing wrong with my drums, but the parts are sitting right in front of me free of charge so figured why not.

I have a 1997 K2500 Suburban but I swapped the rear out for a FF 14bolt out of a K3500. Just to clarify
