2000 k3500 BL, now hitch wont bolt up??

So stock on my 2000 Chevy K3500 there is six bolt holes that mount the hitch, four holes on the frame and two holes on the rear bumper brackets. But when I put the body lift on I got the rear bumper lift brackets also and they don't have the two tabs with holes for the hitch like the stock ones did. Has anybody ever had an experience with this?? Any help is appreciated.
