1998 Lifted K1500 Burb... Project?

We bought this truck to part out, but it's just too clean to part out. So I picked it up from my business for $500.

It's got an older 4" superlift suspension kit on it, has less than 200k on it. The motor is just trashed.

I'm considering buying a new crate 4 bolt HD crate motor from GM and have the 60e rebuilt.

I've got a full set of Kodiak handles and a chrome diesel bumper for it so far. I'll probably order some new 315 MT's for it this weekend.

Bought it, needed a transmission. Just got the transmission in today, runs and drives mint. Just listed it for $1800.
