Here is the truck in its current configuration:
1996 K3500
454 7.4l
4l80E
14 bolt full floating rear 4:88 gears
1992 Ford Dana 60 front end with 4:88 gears
Solid conversion on front (unknown manufacture) that give 4" lift
Super lift 4" springs up front for the rear of an 80's model Chevy
Off-road Design flip shackle in rear that give a 4" lift
6" blocks in rear with 1" sway bar
3" body lift
17" KMC wheels
40x13.50 Toyo MT
Nissan Metalic Black paint

I will add as things are done. Current plans are a 502 with roughly 600hp to replace the 454. Fast fuel system and computers. 5:13 gears for performance. May do lockers. All LED lights.

The pics I will post are from when I got the truck to present (12-28-2017).

Undercoating and painting wheel wells. Lesson learned here. Undercoating will run if you don't wait long enough between coats. I will find out if undercoating the chrome exhaust tips was a bad idea or not. Luckily there is a new exhaust system in the works to handle the new engine
