I just replaced the blend door actuator in my K1500. I was diagnosing the mode actuator (both lever links were broken), and it would only blow hot the entire time. After I finished replacing the blower motor resistor, I watched the blend door actuator and noticed that it wasn't moving full travel. I had a spare actuator and now it seems to have full travel, but I'm not sure about the positions. When I have the control knob to full cold, the actuator is turned to the most clockwise position. Does that sound correct? And when I go to full hot, it doesn't quite get to the most counter clockwise position, but the full travel is more than the old actuator. Does that sounds like correct operation?
