that radiator and e fan set up is really making me question just going ahead and buying that instead of building a mount for my ls1 fans. Did it come with a controller or do you have it on a switch?

Yes...is was a easy install. I bought the radiator/shroud/fan combo from radiator for less in GA.

I spend a lot of time looking for a 3 ROW Aluminum radiator that has both engine and transmission coolers. I also I install a secondary B&M transmission cooler in front of the new AC condenser. The fan controller is operated by engine temperature or when the AC compressor comes one. I am very please with the product and how the installation went. The challenging part was installing the new transmission and engine oil lines to the radiator.

Pictures before the restoration process. I had issues with the dark blue paint peeling.

What did you use on the frame? I'm guessing POR-15 or was it something different?

Correct...POR-15. This is a great product. I hand painted most of the areas and used spray in hard to reach areas. Also installed the B&M Trans Cooler and will be installing the Powerstop Extreme Rotors, Calibers, and pads to try to improve the poor braking. I am trying to avoid the hydro-boost conversion.

Did you go with the early wiper arms with the pin style or the later with the hook? One of the first things I did on my 92 was swap out the wiper arms and got some off a 98 that had the hook style and put on a set of Bosch icons wiper blades. Your truck looks great keep up the good work

Good idea...unfortunately I did not think of upgrading the wiper arms. I will add this to my to-do list. Thanks for sharing.
