As the title says I'm wanting to upgrade my truck's 10 bolt. I'm in the process of building a lq4 with 80mm turbo and a th400 with brake. So I'm wanting to make the rear end hold. Anyone have any advise or tips? all would be appreciated. Thanks

Nope. Takes a different u joint and hook the brakes up. Pretty sure the perch width is the same so itll bolt right in.

No ten bolt will hold that kind of power, especially if you hit it hard with sticky tires. Kaboom!!! 14 bolt semi floating rear with 6 lug axles can be found in light duty 2500's. That's a 9.5" ring gear.
