0411 swap done, truck runs great , need wiring info

don't regret the swap, day and night. however would like a detailed instruction on egr and range selector wiring fix. looking for good instructions, but everyone seems to be trying to contact someone else for it. Can someone link me to this info please? Thanks!!!
