94 GMC shut off without warning while Accelerating

No fuel pressure at the rails after mpfi conversion
So i have 1999 k1500 4x4 with the 5.7l vortec. I have installed the following within the past year (alternator, fuel pump, fuel lines, fuel filter, distributor cap, plugs/wires, starter, ignition switch). No Fuel, No Spark
So I decided to save a 95 Sierra standard cab short box 4x4 5.7L auto truck from the crusher at our local salvage yard.
