    I have a different abs system than you but when i was researching bypassing mine it looked like it the valve would just go on the rear circuit and the fronts would go strait to the master. If you go with the actual proportion valve with warning switch then you could run dual circuits for the front.

    You can also replace just one injector if you want but for the money i would just get a new assy. Any kind of warranty left on it?

    Blackbear can tune them out along with some standard tunes they have I've read it does wonders for these engines.

    Clamp off the flexible lines and see how the pedal feels then remove one at a time and see how the pedal feels. What is the year and model of the truck?

    I got the numbers from Haynes heating and air conditioning manual it's what they listed for a 1997 Chevy Tahoe,Suburban. If i remember correctly my high side was close to 300 but i replaced the compressor,orifice tube,dryer,any lines that were leaking.What is the discharge air temp in the vents?

    The specs in my book are @80F 28 low side and 320 high side. How old is the compressor? Has the orifice tubed failed?

    Even at 75 degs i would think the low side should be lower 135 and the high side should be higher 200

    Update on my 11 blade clutch fan vs original 5 blade fan

    I converted to the 11 blade fan with the spec clutch from my RPO codes (HD clutch) and have been very happy with it i can hear it modulate faster and slower as needed while towing and the air blows fine. When i was looking into E-fans i was going to go with with 2005-2007 silverado e-fan setup...
