Ground clearance on K1500 4x4

I did mesure cround clearance on my -90 fleetside 4x4, under front axel, lowest point. And get 12" ? i have 31" tires. gm notify its 8,6". You see the stance its normal, and not lift up. Normal or what ? i have rpo F44 hd leafsprings.

My and my W/T 1990 4x4

I thing its better start my story with WorkHorse. I got it 2013 november, i trade my renault megane for it :). Normal maintance first, new H4 lights, plugs, oli change, cap and rotator / new spark plug wires. Works great now, but paint is gone with the wind and rust is eating my lovely...

What transmission ?

I found this on side of it GM 8672306 ? 5 speed manual on -90 fleetside. is it 5lm60 or nv3500 ?

1990 W/T and RPO F44

What this code means in 1990 4x4 W/T, K1500 3/4 ton. 6 lug and 10 bolt 8.5 ring rear. What is different than 1/2 ton fleetside.
