    *groan* My Maxxforce 4.3.. sorry.. My Vortec 4.3 emptied all its coolant into the oil pan last week.. So after I got it home I stripped the top end down cleaned it all up.. Broke the stupid heater line fitting in the manifold.. tried to extract it and... after a little to much persuasion...

    Second the vacuum leaks.. and don't just check for them put a gauge on it! Put a mechanical gauge on both your fuel pressure and vacuum and drive it.. This will tell you a lot.     Hmm.. I have a procedure you should follow First make sure it is on level ground. under the hood there is a cap on the rad. remove it.. Have an assistant move the truck back.. and then replace it.. install rad cap on new truck :) Just kidding.. I actually really dont know.. Have you checked...

    Get the mastercraft one.. The husky ones are HORRIBLE in my opinion. I see a lot of guys with them and the boxxes have rotted and a very flimsy once you get weight into them. just keep saving your pennies. I know the mastercraft ones go on sale all the time for stupid low prices
