Need brake help on '94 blazer full size 4x4 6.5 diesel!!

Just bought the truck. The brakes were poor (old rusty discs) and the truck pulled to the right so I replaced both front calipers, pads, rotors, and then the rear drums, shoes, and wheel cylinders. It no longer pulls to the right when braking, but the braking performance is still crummy. I have...

Swapping Manual Transmission into '94 2DR Blazer with 6.5 TDSL

Anyone had any experience or know of any reference about swapping a manual transmission into a '94 2DR Blazer 4WD with the stock 6.5L Turbo Diesel. I have one of these and love it, but the tranny is going out. I am hoping to put a 5 (or maybe even 6???) speed manual into it. I looked online...
