Will 285 tires on 16x8 wheels fit with stock height?

There is 4.5 inches of backspacing on the rims. I can't seem to find the offset.

Will 285 tires on 16x8 wheels fit with stock height?

Basically what the title says ^ When I say fit I mean no rub.
