Help with stock suspension overhaul
As far as tools and parts the other post already covered it. I would recommend moog or similar quality brand for ball joints if it needs them just because they can be a hassle to be replacing over and over. Upper Control Arm
I have a 1997 chevy k-1500 with 294k and just recently replaced my upper control arm bushings. They can be a pain, I used an air hammer to drive them out and press to press them back in. Where did my heat go??
I agree with Great White's post if your engine is operating at correct temp. (about 190-200degrees) check heater inlet hoses on fire wall. If only one is hot (about same temp. as upper radiator hose) then you know you have no flow through your heater core and you need to replace it. You can try...- jp97K1500
