Lowering Question

I want o drop my truck but am new to lowered trucks. Not sure of great, good, bad brands of lowering kits. I am wanting just a mild drop of 2/4". What would you guys recommend as far as the best way to do it and what parts should I use? Thanks

New guy from ND

Hey everyone. Just picked up a 96 Chevy Silverado ext cab 2wd 2500. Thought I would join up and see what I can learn about them. No real plans for it as if yet. But I'm sure that will change. Here's a pic of it a couple days after I got it.
