    Sounds like you have the ignition stuff covered. I would guess you are having a fuel supply problem showing up under load. Try changing fuel filter first. BTW, a burned, melted electrode on that spark plug is not a good thing. It takes a lot of heat to do that. Leads back to a seriously lean...

    Mine is 4 wheel drive, so on the transfer case drivers side. On 2 wheel it will be on the tail shaft housing.
