Any tips on getting the spider connector to seat into the upper intake?
Replaced my spider injector today, but after many hours and much cursing it still will not rise up into the upper intake. I've coated both parts with some new oil as mentioned in the instruction sheet, and I went over the intake beforehand with some paper towels and engine degreaser to clean up...- stikxs

Having trouble with a no-start 98 5.7 vortec
Heya, so I'm fighting a no-start issue on my truck, a 98 k1500 5.7 with 170k miles. Short version of the back story is it overheated and blew the back passenger lower intake manifold gasket out.
