94 K3500 Cooling Problem - Was swapped from 350 to 454

So after researching and then checking the truck out, looks like I have a 5 Blade fan off a 350 AND a 350 fan shroud. The fan is literally buried into the shroud which has got to be making things worse. Radiator looks like the right one though its like 34" which is the bigger one. I'm looking at...

94 K3500 Cooling Problem - Was swapped from 350 to 454

Hello everybody! I have a 1994 K3500 that I purchased not long ago. The truck came factory with a 350 SBC and now has a GEN V 454 BBC swapped in. I noticed the fan shroud was trimmed, assuming to add clearance for the 454. I'm curious if the shroud should get swapped and if maybe the cooling...
